3、 Verification method
1. Use an electronic timer to test the accuracy of the digital time controller.
2. Visually inspect whether the rubber sealing ring is aged or damaged, and determine the sealing degree of the sieve analyzer.
3. Press the power switch and rotate the pressure regulating damper to check if the instrument can reach a negative pressure of 4000-6000Pa during idle operation. If it cannot be achieved, it indicates that the exhaust efficiency is not sufficient. The dust collector should be opened, the bag should be shaken, and the cement adsorbed on the bag should be shaken down to make the cloth hole unobstructed until the negative pressure is normal.
4. Place the cement fineness sieve in front of the light and observe if there are any blockages or holes in the sieve.
5. Method for determining the correction coefficient of cement fineness sieve:
(1) Use a cement fineness standard powder with a known 80 μ m standard sieve residue percentage (the sieve residue percentage of the sample does not change due to environmental influences) as the standard sample. Measure the residual percentage of the standard sample on the cement fineness sieve according to the operating procedure of negative pressure sieve analysis.
(2) The correction coefficient of the experimental sieve is calculated according to the following formula:
C = Fn / Ft
In the formula: C - correction coefficient of the test sieve;
Fn - sieve residue percentage given by the standard sample,%
Ft - Percentage of sieve residue on the standard sample test sieve,%
Calculate the correction factor to 0.01.
(3) The correction of the residual percentage of cement sample sieve is calculated according to the following formula:
